Welcome to WithTime! These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform. By accessing or using WithTime, you agree to be bound by these terms.
WithTime allows you to create digital capsules that can include notes, media, and attachments. These capsules are scheduled to open at a future date or shared with others. You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
Each capsule requires a one-time payment before creation. You will be redirected to a payment page before accessing the creation tools. Once payment is complete, you may begin creating your capsule. No refunds are provided once a capsule has been created.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. However, you grant WithTime a license to store and process that content for the purpose of delivering your capsule experience.
You may not upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others. WithTime reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without notice.
We may suspend or terminate your access to WithTime at any time if you breach these Terms or misuse the platform.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of WithTime after changes means you accept the new terms.
